Can I order frames with prescription lenses?
Yes. Choose a frame direction and share a current prescription through a confirmed Optiwear contact channel. We will need to confirm frame suitability, lens choice, availability and a full quote before an order.
What lens options can I ask about?
Ask about single-vision, progressive, bifocal, photochromic, blue-light filtering, anti-reflective, polarized and high-index options. The suitable combination depends on your prescription and frame.
Can Optiwear help with contact lenses?
Yes. Contact-lens orders use their own prescription and fitting parameters such as PWR, BC and DIA, with CYL, AXIS or ADD where applicable. If you need fitting guidance, use the contact-lens assessment route before ordering.
Can I book an eye exam?
You can enquire about an exam. Appointment availability, location, clinician, fees and booking method must be confirmed directly by Optiwear before any visit is arranged.
How do I choose a frame that fits?

Do you offer photochromic lenses?
